Relaxation starts with the breakfast. This is why we serve a breakfast which leaves nothing to desire with special coffees, a selection of teas, a selection of bread, home made wholemeal bread.
Three different menus to choose from at noon as well as in the evening. You can choose yourself if you want tasty substantial dishes or vegetarian or wholesome dishes. There is something for everyone : start with a fine soup, a salad or a nice starter, then you have the main dish and end with a desert or fresh fruit.
Fresh food and ingredients witch we acquire as much as we can from regional producers are assimilated in our kitchen to produce a good and healthy meal.
Home made cakes, for exemple our applecake from fresh apples, our irresistible cake with moonseeds or the Bertricher Macaroon ice-cake are served for afternoon coffee.
Pampering - not denial
No-one shoud deny himself of the pleasures of eating well during his holiday even when you do have to hold to a strict diet duet o allergies or intolerances. We have specialized in this mather and prepare everything, from breakfast untill eveningmeals, to your needs.
Our chef Bernhard Pellio is specialy trained to deal with special needs cooking.
